I've only just realised that PINK is my favourite colour. With the terriable weather we've had recently, pink had the power to bring a smile to my face.
Everyone was fed up of the rain so I went all out on the window with every pink item I could find.
At first I thought it might be a bit too sugary but I think it looks fine and everybody approves.
Norman particularly likes the vintage eiderdown.
As you may know, roses are irresistible to me so I treated myself to this beauty at RHS Hampton Court Flower Show.
Gorgeous Bunny sisters made by Choe using antique and vintage fabrics. Her work detail is phenominal.
I wish you could smell the strawberry scent of this floating candle. Its almost too good to light.
This year the sweetpeas are simply showing off.
These lovely French Rose soaps were a great hit with the teachers at the end of term.
My Filofax has a new purrrpose...
This is where,I'm convinced,us girls start our love affair with shoes.

I'm more of a yellow gal - but not too bright mind you - though with two little girls in the house we do have a fair bit of pink around here too.

I have written on a few occasions about the colour pink, which is an historic colour and has been used in many of our stately homes (think of the pink hall at Ragley Hall, and the lovely pale pink corridor devised by John Fowler at Wilton House) ... this is a wonderful compilation of all the various shades of pink, loved pussy cat's paw pads! This all clearly shows that not all pinks are bubble gum or Barbie pink!
