Some of my favourite moments are when, while clearing/decluttering an area, you come across those lovely things you put away for safe keeping. As they reappear its like Christmas time again.
This was the case with this gorgeous antique Villeroy and Boch coffee set.I love the delicate patern on it and the details in the cups are wonderful.
Monogrammes and broderies emerged from the depths of old boxes,
and bits of fabulous vintage 'bling' saw some daylight too.
This 1950's fabric cushion made me smile.I bought it in Wells,Somerset, about 6 years ago. I forgot just how cheerful it is.
There were lots more things which popped back on the scene but I won't bore you too much so I'll end with these lovely Victorian apothecary bottles. The variations in the green glass makes these truly eye-catching,especially when filled with a single stem flower. Try it!
I hope you've enjoyed my 'rediscoveries'
and feel inspired to have a good old rummage through your own forgotten places.
Looking forward to reading about your treasures.
See you soon :)
